Liveblogging L’Abri
Due to an unexpected surprise, Renae and I weren’t able to make it to this year’s L’Abri conference in Rochester, Minnesota. However, Jake from Between The Trees is there and liveblogging the conference.
He’s posted his notes from the first session, Jerram Barrs’ “The General Kindness Of God”, and will be posting more as the weekend continues.
For the record, perhaps my favorite L’Abri lecture to date is Barrs’ lecture on common grace from a few years back (and a quick skim over Jake’s notes reveals a lot of similarities between the two). Every time I listen to it on CD, I find myself challenged and inspired all over again to live out God’s calling in this world of His.
What Is This Place?
Opus is a website masquerading as a blog masquerading as a webzine. It’s where I (Jason Morehead) write about music, movies, art, web design, religion and whatever else interests me at the time (Read More).
