“Someday” by Ceremony

Later this month, Killer Pimp will release the Someday/Cracked Sun 7” from those eardrum slayers in Ceremony. But for those of us without record players, they’ve been kind enough to make “Someday” a free download—just click here.
It’s got everything you’ve come to love from Ceremony—overdriven guitar sounds (you can practically hear the band’s amps cracking at the seams), assembly line-like drum programming, and the band’s disaffected vocals singing about future love and marital bliss. Oh, and some solid pop hooks and vocal harmonies buried somewhere beneath all of the noise and distortion.
What Is This Place?
Opus is a website masquerading as a blog masquerading as a webzine. It’s where I (Jason Morehead) write about music, movies, art, web design, religion and whatever else interests me at the time (Read More).
