Watch the first trailer for Kazuaki Kiriya’s “Goemon”
Goemon is Kazuaki Kiriya‘s long-awaited (at least, in these parts) follow-up to his 2004 debut Casshern (a film that seems to divide people quite a bit, but which I personally love despite its obvious flaws). The first trailer has finally appeared—you can see it on the movie’s homepage (click on the “Trailer” link once the site has loaded) or courtesy of Twitch. Visually, it looks pretty similar to Casshern, which is to say pretty awesome—just replace the robots and human clones with ninjas.
You can find more info about Goemon in this Twitch interview with Kiriya.
