Web designers should do their own HTML/CSS: If you’re a designer working with the web who still doesn’t do your own [HTML/CSS] implementation, I strongly recommend that you pick up the skills to do so.
I couldn’t agree more. If nothing else, it gives graphic designers a better idea of how to design to meet the unique constraints and limitations of the Web medium.
